Privacy Policy

RollCall is software for dumpster and roll-off rental companies. It is operated by GLP Digital LLC, Pennsauken, New Jersey ("RollCall," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who this applies to
- Customers: dumpster rental companies and their staff and drivers who use RollCall ("Companies" and "Users").
- Visitors: people who visit our website, request a demo, or use a Company's online booking page or booking assistant ("Visitors").
When a Visitor books with a dumpster company through RollCall, that company decides how the information is used for its business. RollCall stores and processes it on the company's behalf. Questions about a specific booking should go to that company first.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, company name, role, and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form by our authentication provider).
- Business information Companies enter: dumpster sizes and prices, containers, customers and their contact details and service addresses, quotes, jobs, schedules, scale weights, invoices, payment records (amount, method, reference such as a check number — we do not store card numbers), notes, and photos taken by drivers.
- Booking and chat information from Visitors: name, phone, email, delivery address, project details, photos you choose to share, and the text of your conversation with a booking assistant.
- Demo requests: name, company, email, phone, fleet size, best time to call, and notes.
- Feedback Users send through the app.
- Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use information
- To provide RollCall: run accounts, store Company data, calculate prices and invoices, schedule deliveries, and show each Company its own information.
- To power the booking assistant: messages and photos are sent to an AI model to reply and to suggest a dumpster size. Prices always come from the Company's own price list, not from the AI.
- To prevent abuse and keep RollCall secure (for example, rate limits on public forms).
- To provide support, respond to feedback and demo requests, and improve the product.
- To send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Company or Visitor data to advertise.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to run RollCall, only for that purpose:
- Hosting, database, authentication and file storage (Supabase, provided through Lovable Cloud).
- Website hosting and AI processing for the booking assistant (Lovable and the AI model providers it routes to).
- Email delivery for account emails.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business (with notice to Companies).
How data is separated and protected
Each Company's data is kept separate at the database level: a Company and its users can only see their own records. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access inside RollCall is limited by role (for example, drivers see only their own stops, not prices or invoices). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected Companies of a breach as required by law.
How long we keep data
We keep Company data while the account is active. Companies can export their data at any time from Settings. When a Company closes its account, we delete its data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax or security reasons. Chat transcripts and booking requests are kept as part of the Company's records.
Your choices and rights
- Companies and Users can view, edit, export and delete their business data in the app, and can ask us to close their account.
- Visitors can contact the Company they booked with, or contact us, to access, correct or delete their information.
- Depending on where you live (including New Jersey), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data. Contact us to make a request; we will verify it and respond within the time the law requires.
Cookies and local storage
RollCall uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember small settings (such as dismissing a banner or skipping a setup step). We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
RollCall is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and will notify Companies of material changes by email or in the app.
